Regina Evans, FNP-C, is the founder of Dalah Health & Wellness, a patient-centered clinic proudly serving patients in and around Henderson, Nevada. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Regina discovered her passion for caring for others at a young age. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University and spent 14 years at UPMC, one of the nation's leading hospital systems. Her clinical experience since 2006 has shaped her commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
Driven to expand her impact, Regina returned to school to become a family nurse practitioner (FNP). In 2020, she and her family relocated to the Las Vegas area, where she continued building her vision of a modern, relationship-based healthcare practice focused on long-term wellness.
At Dalah Health & Wellness, Regina provides personalized care through direct primary care (DPC), family care, women's hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and other wellness services. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with whole-person care, helping patients feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their health journey.
The name Dalah carries a deep personal meaning, created from the names of her children, Damian and Neelah. It represents family, compassion, and Regina's dedication to building a clinic where every patient is treated like family.
